1. This group is solely for the purpose of Golden Grove Little Athletics Centre uniform, athletics shoes and related equipment (i.e. discus, shot put and javelins)
2. This group is for personal sales only. Utilising this group as a platform for any type of commercial activity and/or to purchase and re-sell items purely for profitable means is not acceptable.
3. Photos are to be posted directly into posts or comments.
4. Inappropriate comments will be deleted and the member provided with a warning by Admin. Should that member continue with inappropriate posts, they shall be removed from the group.
5. Uniforms and equipment should be in good condition. Photos or comments on marks, condition etc. should be included with the cost, where possible.
6. The Admin team does not take responsibility for transactions made or the condition of purchased uniforms. It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine if the item meets their expectations on quality, condition or value.
7. Details on the transaction should be made via private message where possible. However, given recent changes to Facebook messenger and its use on different platforms, comments within the posts are acceptable.
8. Posts will be removed by Admin after 4 weeks to keep the list manageable. If you have not sold your uniforms when they are removed you may repost as many times as you like.
Any concerns, issues or queries may be directed to the Admins. Please remember that as admin members we are volunteers, with families of our own, as a result there may be times when we are unable to attend to your messages immediately, however we will endeavour to do so in the most timely fashion possible. We recommend if possible that you PM admin as a group message to maximise your chances of a quick reply, and also to enable us both to keep up to date with the goings on of the group.
